Claire-Anne has been passionate about real estate for decades. She got into the industry after a “less than stellar” experience while selling one of her investment properties. At the time she was working in Distribution Management for Fortune 500 companies and left that career in 2009 to pursue one in real estate with the mindset that people that wanted to buy or sell their home would appreciate a more personal and focused approach, and she was right!
Claire-Anne’s focus is YOU. That’s the magic sauce. Nothing she does is scripted (why is that still a thing?). She recognizes that you have a choice in who you choose to hire to help you achieve your home goals. She knows that nothing about this decision comes lightly and every move is different. She excels in helping you navigate this point in your life and skillfully develops a strategy that is personalized to you to get you the best outcome with as little stress as possible. Claire-Anne takes great pride in the fact that her success stems in large part from positive referrals. She makes herself available anytime and anywhere and meets people where they are. Does she have an office? Yes. Is she ever in it? Rarely– because she is on the road meeting you where YOU are, which, in her opinion, is how it should be.
Claire-Anne has taught seminars on home buying, home selling, and how to simply hunker down in place to age comfortably. Her expertise includes working with first time Buyers, empty nesters, investors, move up Buyers, and those that want to “house hack”.
In her free time, Claire-Anne can be found, reading, walking her pups, complimenting your pup, spending time with friends and family, and writing an amazing book.
Gabby Niehaus

Gabby is a lifelong Hoosier whose career path started in project and resource management in the pharmaceutical industry. In 2009 she transitioned into financial planning and mutual fund sales where she helped clients work toward their specific retirement goals. Her success was driven by a focus on the customer and all of their details– and she has easily transitioned that into her real estate career.
As a member of The Point in Real Estate, she is thrilled to partner with her mentor, Claire-Anne Aikman, who consistently ranks at the top of her field. Gabby is excited to use their combined experience to help her clients make their real estate dreams a reality.
When not helping clients, you can find Gabby on the stages of local theaters, checking out local brewpubs, goofing off with her family, traveling, and renovating her 1890s farmhouse.
