  • “Claire-Anne is very easy to work with and has amazing knowledge about the housing market. We knew exactly where we wanted to live and she looked at houses on our behalf to narrow down the options. That left us with only the best matches for us, one of which we love calling home.”

    Joel and Ally

  • “I refer everyone I know to Claire-Anne. She is direct, knows her stuff, offers great suggestions, and always gets the job done.”

    Joshua M

  • “Claire-Anne helped us buy our first home, second home, and now third home. She has even helped our parents downsize and sold my grandma's home when it was in estate. Every time has been easy peasy.”

    Angie and Bill

  • “I worked with two other realtors and put in offers on homes and was outbid every time, even offering a lot more over list price. A friend told me to call Claire-Anne and the difference was crazy. We met to talk about what I was looking for, that night she sent me options and had arranged a time for me to look at them. The one I liked was collecting offers and we had only a few hours to get ours in. I submitted my offer based on Claire-Anne’s recommendations and I GOT THE HOUSE.  She knows what she's doing and won't yank your chain.”

    Ted M.

  • “We needed a bigger house and fast. We knew where we wanted to live but we just could not wrap our heads around the cost to live there because the prices did not match the value. Claire-Anne found a home that we had not considered before and arranged for us to see it. We were skeptical, but she was completely right and we got a deal on it!! She knows her stuff.”

    Lisa and Paul G.

  • “We interviewed six realtors to sell our home. Claire-Anne was the only one we were comfortable with and what was funny is that everything she said would happen, happened. From the amount of showings to the feedback we received and everything else. We call her our real estate fortune teller.”

    The Jennings

  • “Claire-Anne helped us buy our home, and later, when we were going through a divorce. Neither of us wanted anyone else to sell our home because we knew she would be fair and honest through the whole process, and we both hired her for our next purchases too.”

    Sherry L.

  • Nothing can top market knowledge and experience in situations that would make you gasp (house not emptied on moving day? Buyer says they saw ghosts and are no longer interested? Oh the stories we could tell!) Whether you are buying or selling you need to know the nuances of the market and how that will affect you. You need someone that brings info beyond what the house down the street sold for. You need someone that gets YOU and what you are trying to accomplish and will take the time to help you accomplish that. Be patient, choose wisely and do not settle. Great agents do exist!

  • Claire-Anne knows real estate. She has successfully helped her Sellers navigate and negotiate through all market conditions while remaining calm and focused. Her transparent and direct approach enables her to deliver a solid marketing plan with strategic pricing tailored to your needs. Once you talk to her you will see that she is knowledgeable and, quite frankly, a joy to work with.

This is typically the spot where one can fill out a form and request a “home valuation” but asking you to fill out an online form is akin to calling you randomly to ask if you want to sell your home– neither of which thrills anyone.

So, if you want to know what your home is worth, send her a direct email or text– you can even call her (317-345-6640). Tell her your address and a little bit about your home and she’ll send you a valuation that is focused and easy to read in a no fluff email.

  • You need to know that you it is in your best interest to be prequalified for a mortgage before you start looking at home. You also need to know that you do not have to spend the full amount that you were prequalified for– your payment should always be comfortable for you and your investing/savings goals. You need a real estate agent that understands that they work for you. They should be knowledgeable, not feed you false hope, they should know the market and the value within it, and truly listen to what it is you are looking for in a home. Your agent should be actively looking for your home and not relying on you to send homes you are interested in seeing, and they need to know how to negotiate with your best interest in mind.

  • How we view this agreement: it is an employment contract between you as the Buyer and your agent. You are agreeing to hire the agent to help you find a home. You also agree to ensure that their fees for service/compensation (which are negotiable) are met. You cannot look at homes without this. We feel that you should keep the initial timeline of this agreement short (a week for instance) and in that timeframe you should look at as many homes as possible– all the while, seeing if the agent is a good match for you: Are they answering your questions? Can they back up what they are saying? Are they listening to you? Yes, it is a contract and yes, you can have things worded to allow you to feel more comfortable with it.

  • Time and time again I hear the answer to this question as yes! When in reality, it really
depends on you and where you are in life and what you are hoping to accomplish with purchasing a home. Whether you make your first move toward home ownership or you are looking to make your fifth, I am happy to sit with you to help you craft a plan that makes sense for you.

We’d love to talk!
